It s found that according to the new agreement a 14 member south african squad must contain atleat 6 coloured players...,,so now andre nel doesn't find a place in the squad as if he s picked then only 5 coloured members ll be there.....
The 14-member squad has swing bowler 33-year-old Charl Langeveldt who has 16 wickets from six Tests as against 30-year-old Andre Nel's 119 wickets in 34 Tests.
Langeveldt joins JP Duminy, Peterson, Makhaya Ntini, Ashwell Prince and Hashim Amla as the six coloured players in the squad.
Nel was so upset with this decision that he even refused to play the one dayer against bangladesh.,,his coach had to talk to him to make him play,,were he finished wit 4 for 27..
This s a unfortunate situation for andre nel.....
Now he s threatening to quit national cricket..as he has got offers from ICl and IPL...
This ll be a big blow for Sa cricket...
